About V.S. Traders

Established in 1967, V.S. Traders has grown into one of India’s most trusted manufacturers of Covered Rubber and Spandex Yarn, offering a wide range of specifications tailored to suit the diverse needs of industries across the nation.

Our headquarters and main production facility are located in New Delhi, India. We also operate a sister manufacturing unit under the name Supreme Hosiery Factory, founded in 1972, further expanding our capabilities and reach.

Today, under the brand VS Elastic, we are proud to be one of the largest manufacturers of covered rubber thread in India, combining legacy with innovation—and a commitment to safe, sustainable materials.

Our Journey
The story of V.S. Traders is one of resilience, leadership, and transformation.

It all began with Late Shri Sudhir Kumar Jain (father of Nitesh Jain), who started the business at 23 North, Basti Harpool Singh, Sadar Bazar. His dedication and entrepreneurial spirit laid a solid foundation for the company.

Following his legacy, Late Smt. Lata Jain (mother of Nitesh Jain) took charge and guided the business through crucial years with strength and commitment.

Today, the business is successfully led by Mr. Nitesh Jain, who has expanded operations and established a modern manufacturing unit in the Badli Industrial Area, equipped with advanced technology that has replaced outdated systems—ushering in a new era of efficiency and scale.
